My job as a food editor is a tough one. If I’m not attending absinthe tastings or baking peanut butter cupcakes, I’m sampling bacon-flavored chocolates, reading the latest cookbook, or testing out a five-way bottle opener. To be honest, the only reason my co-workers talk to me is because I usually have food that’s up for grabs at my desk.

 

Because my job is so…"demanding," it’s only fair that I share all my delicious, enlightening, bizarre experiences with all of you, along with some of my expertise (I did the whole culinary school thing, so I can also break down a chicken, brunoise celery, and make a soufflé).
